Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product is damaged, we need to know within 12-24 hrs after you have received the same. Please send us an email with pictures of the damaged product at contactus@omvanitabooks.com. We will reply with the decision to replace the product.

There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:

Book with obvious signs of use,

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing pages for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 days.

Cancellations

We can accept order changes or cancellation requests before shipping your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our office for delivery.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
